Christmas Overflow

It’s the middle of November

Feels like Halloween ended a week ago 

Everywhere I look

It’s Christmas overflow 

Some kids asked their mom

If they’d see Santa Saturday

Some say, ‘Isn’t that too early ?’

It doesn’t matter anyway

I say bring on Christmas

Especially this year 

Because we could all use 

Just a smidge of Christmas cheer

It may seem too much for some

Even with early snow

I say bring on Christmas 

Let it overflow !
